Our client, a part of a global professional services company specializing in audit, tax, and business consulting, is looking for an Audit Team Leader to join their team. Company operates in over 150 countries, helping clients achieve sustainable growth, drive innovation, and solve complex business challenges.Location: Preferably Lviv (hybrid format possible).About the Role:Due to team expansion, we are looking for an experienced Audit Team Leader to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a solid audit background who is ready to take the next step into leadership, focusing on team management, development, and cross-border collaboration.The position involves leading an Assurance team that supports projects across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, with a particular focus on the Polish market. You will coordinate team efforts, ensure high-quality delivery, foster a collaborative culture, and drive operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and supervise a team of junior and senior audit specialists.Set clear objectives and performance expectations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs.Foster a positive, motivating, and collaborative work environment.Support the professional growth and career development of team members.Drive process improvements and operational optimization initiatives.Maintain and update procedures to reflect current practices.Assist management in implementing and testing new tools and workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams to ensure efficiency and alignment.Candidate Profile:Minimum 2 years of audit experience.Minimum 1 year in a Team Leader or equivalent management role.University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical abilities.High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain the highest quality standards.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.Polish language - a strong advantage.What Company Offers:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Hybrid working model (with occasional office visits).Involvement in challenging and impactful cross-border projects.Professional development opportunities, including internal and external training.Supportive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.Official employment.Medical insurance package.Flexible working hours (8:00-17:00 / 9:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00).If you are ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic international environment, we would love to hear from you!
