- Organize daily office operations;
- Communicate with suppliers, service providers, and the finance department;
- Ensure smooth office infrastructure (equipment, supplies, workplace comfort);
- Arrange business trips, team buildings, and internal corporate initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding of new employees;
- Support internal communications (newsletters, announcements, corporate chats);
- Assist with adaptation activities and take part in HR projects.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office manager role at least 6 months;
- Strong motivation to grow in HR and transition fully to an HR career in the future;
- Excellent communication skills, multitasking, and responsibility;
- Basic understanding of HR processes (onboarding, adaptation);
- The possibility of hybrid remote work (2-3 days per week);
- English - Intermediate level or higher.
