We are one of the top three system integrators in Ukraine.We are looking for a Sales Support Manager for the tender department to help us effectively implement tender projects and support sales in the public, commercial, and international procurement segments.Responsibilities:
- Monitoring tender platforms (Prozorro, international and commercial platforms) and selecting relevant procurements.
- Initial analysis of tender documentation: requirements, technical conditions, deadlines, payment terms.
- Preparation and execution of tender documentation (collection of references, technical and commercial proposals, supporting documents).
- Coordination of interaction with internal teams (lawyers, technical specialists, procurement) for the timely preparation of a complete set of documents.
- Interaction with customers and tender organisers to clarify requirements and conditions.
- Support during the contract signing stage: monitoring deadlines, transferring documents to the accounting and legal departments.
- Preparing reports on completed tenders, participating in the analysis of results, and proposals for process improvement.
- Maintaining tender document flow in internal systems.
- At least 1 year of experience working with electronic tender platforms (Prozorro and others).
- Understanding of Ukrainian tender legislation and basic procurement principles.
- High attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of information.
- Ability to thoroughly check tender documentation and ensure its compliance with requirements.
- Skills in organising your own work and working in a team.
- Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience with CRM is desirable.
- English - preferably C1
- Experience in IT or telecom projects.
- Understanding of the principles of technical and commercial proposal development.
- Basic knowledge of IT equipment and software.
