- Identifying and researching potential clients using various tools and platforms (Apollo, Sales Navigator). Important - this role is focused solely on lead research and list building (no outreach or direct communication with prospects).
- Researching the market and helping define/refine target customer profiles (ICP).
- Creating, updating, and maintaining a database of potential customers.
- Passing high-quality leads/contacts to the SDR team in an agreed format.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
- 6+ month of experience in B2B lead generation/list building/outbound support (but we're also open to considering candidates without experience).
- Hands-on experience with lead generation tools.
- Market/ICP research mindset (finding the right segments, roles, and targets).
- English level - B2.
- Strong attention to detail (clean data, correct titles/companies, no duplicates).
- Self-discipline and strong organization skills (ability to work consistently with volume).
- Patience and focus on repetitive tasks without losing quality.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn fast.
