- Prepare commercial offers for export markets, including portfolio selection and pricing calculations.
- Coordinate communication with export markets and partners to ensure effective shipment planning.
- Support the resolution of operational issues related to export activities.
- Contribute to business growth across Retail, OOH, accessories, and distributor cross-sell portfolios.
- Support the development and implementation of the sales strategy for new products, such as Cafitesse (liquid coffee solution) or L’oR Bubbles in Ukraine.
- Define Route-to-Market (RtM), pricing, and portfolio propositions for the category.
- Conduct trainings for the sales organization and share global best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team and participate in customer negotiations when needed.
- Prepare analytical insights and reports to support business decisions.
- Work with the growth channels, such as Tenders or Non-Commercial
- Monitor tender opportunities across different platforms for Retail and OOH products.
- Work with sales teams to prepare competitive commercial offers.
- Conduct pricing calculations and define portfolio propositions for tender submissions.
- Analyze tender results to improve future bidding strategies.
- Support the development of sales strategies for non-commercial channels.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities together with the sales organization.
- Higher Education, preferred in Economic, Management, Marketing, or Shopper Marketing fields
- Experience in shopper marketing, category development or business development will be a plus
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with international stakeholders
- Experience with pricing, portfolio management, and sales strategy development
- Proactive approach and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ukrainian - fluent, English - level В1-B2
- FMCG Multinational Enterprise experience is a plus
- PC skills: MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, SAP, SuccessFactors, 1C
