- providing End-Users Helpdesk support in related topics;
- upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives;
- implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats;
- creating user accounts and performing access control;
- supporting production IT environment with 2 shifts;
- setup devices physically on the place and provide assistance for their remote management.
- providing SW audit.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar;
- understanding the principles of PC diagnostics;
- knowledge of desktop OS of the Windows family at the administrator level;
- exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
