- Drive incremental profit for Glovo through the development and sale of advertising products.
- Deliver ad campaigns that effectively boost brand sales, visibility, and awareness both in and outside the app.
- Create campaign reports and provide strategic business recommendations based on insights derived from campaign performance.
- Analyze data to optimize activations for each brand.
- Build success stories to support the rollout of partnership strategies across categories and countries.
- Previous experience in sales and campaign management (preferably within media agencies, consumer goods companies, or e-commerce businesses).
- A self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and tackle complex business challenges.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Understanding of paid, owned, and earned media channels, with experience tracking and reporting on performance marketing KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
- Agility and adaptability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A curious, empathetic, and inclusive approach to collaboration within the business and industry.
- Prior experience with campaign management platforms.
- Experience working with brands or advertising agencies.
