We are looking for a talented Senior BI Analyst in Ukraine to extend our team of professionals who can help our customers achieve their digital transformation through data in a variety of industries.We are passionate about delivering value from data and are searching for people with the same mindset to join our team!The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute elicitation/discovery activities to engage both business and IT stakeholdersDesign and drive stakeholder workshops/interviews to define and prioritize their business needsTranslate business needs into requirements and work with delivery team through the entire project lifecycle (overseeing developments and acting as a Product Owner / Business Analyst )Perform data discovery, data assessment, data profilingPrototype business needs and validate prototypes with business stakeholder before sending to mass production using mockuping / prototyping / data visualization toolsConduct Sprint review sessions or UAT with customer stakeholdersWork in collaboration with customer stakeholders / delivery management / technical leads in design phase of the data products that should address the business needsPrepare post-development / post-production materials to support stakeholders in increasing adoption of deliverables (e.g., trainings / training materials / marketing materials)Requirements5+ years experience in working in data domain on data and analytical projects3+ years experience in working with requirements on BI / Data / Analytical projects (gathering, presenting, estimating, prioritizing, etc.)Good ability translate business needs into data requirements (incl. proficiency in validating and visualizing data requirements to customer)Experience in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery as part of the team (for example data visualization / reporting / BI, advanced analytics solutions) utilizing Agile and waterfall appAbility to use modern data visualization tools for visualizing and prototyping business needsExperience in working with data profiling, data discover tools, using industry best practicesAbility to take ownership for the end-result, and to help developers to get thereGood understanding of Proof of Concept / Minimum Viable Product / Minimum Loveable Product termsExcellent communication skills. Ability to manage customer expectations and present and explain project deliverables to senior stakeholders onsite and offsite.
