Qualified candidates recognize the importance of every interaction within the player community and are dedicated to providing outstanding support to our global audience. This position is a fantastic opportunity for a creative problem solver to make an impact and elevate the player experience in support.Your impact:
  • Respond and address Player problems through tickets and other channels
  • Support and engage players through high quality, understandable tech conversations
  • Practice consistent and clear decision making to provide the optimal player experience
  • Work effectively in a high energy, team oriented environment
  • Proactively share gained knowledge with team members using the correct communication channels
  • Investigate player logs to identify patterns and offer troubleshooting solutions
  • Monitor, moderate, and engage with the community across social platforms, forums, and Discord
  • Build and maintain a strong, positive relationship with the player community
  • Act as the voice of the players internally, relaying community feedback, trends, and concerns to relevant teams
You will bring:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Ukrainian
  • Previous experience in customer support (experience in the game development industry is a strong plus)
  • Flexible schedule with availability for 32 hours per week
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, JIRA and Confluence is a plus
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage
  • Background in PC, console, or mobile gaming is a plus
  • Experience with community management is a valuable asset
