- Respond and address Player problems through tickets and other channels
- Support and engage players through high quality, understandable tech conversations
- Practice consistent and clear decision making to provide the optimal player experience
- Work effectively in a high energy, team oriented environment
- Proactively share gained knowledge with team members using the correct communication channels
- Investigate player logs to identify patterns and offer troubleshooting solutions
- Monitor, moderate, and engage with the community across social platforms, forums, and Discord
- Build and maintain a strong, positive relationship with the player community
- Act as the voice of the players internally, relaying community feedback, trends, and concerns to relevant teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Ukrainian
- Previous experience in customer support (experience in the game development industry is a strong plus)
- Flexible schedule with availability for 32 hours per week
- Familiarity with Zendesk, JIRA and Confluence is a plus
- Knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage
- Background in PC, console, or mobile gaming is a plus
- Experience with community management is a valuable asset
