We believe that success is a thorny path that runs on sleepless nights, corporate parties, tough releases, and of course our users' smiles (and as we are a LIVE app, we truly get to see our users all around the world smiling right in front of us in real-time!).Do you want to join the party?Responsibilities:We are hiring Chat Operators for a unique and innovative project on Tango focused on advancing AI-driven chat systems. This role plays a key part in training, improving, and evaluating conversational AI models by engaging in real-time text-based interactions. The project is designed to explore language patterns, communication behavior, engagement dynamics, and conversational quality in live chat environments.Chat Operators will interact with users through private messages and live chats, helping shape smarter, more natural, and more engaging AI chat experiences.Key Responsibilities

Manage text-based private messages and live chat conversations as part of an AI training and conversation research project
Engage users in natural, personalized, and context-aware conversations
Accurately represent assigned personas and communication styles to support AI model learning
Maintain engaging, friendly, and occasionally humorous interactions
Follow provided conversation frameworks, scripts, and brand guidelines, while sounding human and authentic
Identify conversational patterns, user intent, and engagement signals that contribute to AI model improvement
Support the testing and refinement of AI-driven chat flows and response strategies
Handle multiple simultaneous conversations efficiently and professionally
Identify and nurture high-value or highly engaged users
Promote content using structured sales sequences and situational judgment (where applicable)

Requirements:

Good written English with clear communication skills.
1–2 years of experience in live chat, online customer engagement, community moderation, or digital sales
Confident, talkative, and engaging writing style with the ability to adapt tone and personality
Fast and accurate typing skills with strong multitasking ability
Understanding of user engagement, conversation flow, and conversion principles
Ability to follow personas, scripts, and AI training guidelines while remaining flexible and natural
High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
Interest in AI, conversational systems, language analysis, or digital communication trends is a strong plus
