- Partner with Hiring Managers of assigned roles, including defining job requirements, advising on market talent availability and trends, and hiring strategies
- Own full responsibility for your assigned roles in our ATS daily to guarantee that all candidates' data and status are up to date
- Drive proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, employee referrals, and targeted outreach
- Generate and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Provide a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the organization
- Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals
- Plan and own recruitment-related projects such as employer branding initiatives, diversity hiring programs, and process improvements

- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a global tech company
- 2+ years of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/FinOps/Cloud fields, such as DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, FinOps Analyst, etc.
- 1+ years of experience in global recruitment
- In-depth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray search
- Experience with managing hiring processes via ATS
- A proven track record of engaging talent through tools, with an ability to turn passive prospects into candidates
- Self-starter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language is an advantage)
- Experience in sourcing and/or recruiting Sales or Marketing functions - advantage
- Experience with “Comeet”/”Recruit” ATS - advantage
