We are looking for an experienced HR BP to join our HR team.In this role, you’ll support a unit comprising 110 employees and 21 Leads. Your primary mission will be to empower the management and leadership team, helping them thrive and excel by driving employee engagement, fostering leadership development, and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Your team includes team leaders with diverse experience levels - some are new to their roles, while others are seasoned professionals seeking a trusted HR partner to guide and collaborate with.What about the company?We are a growing organisation of 400+ great magical people in the company.Our team operates from two offices in Lviv and Kyiv, where we frequently come together for in-person collaboration and connection.Honesty, focus on results and optimism are essential for our daily life in the company. We maintain a human-centred approach in all interactions and are always ready to lend a helping hand.If you’re passionate about HR, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to contribute to our growth, we’d love to hear from you!Requirements4-5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 1 year in an HR Business Partner position in the large (more than 500 people) companiesDay-to-day working experience with Delivery Managers, PM and Team Leads as Business PartnerSolid knowledge of people management & business processesStrong business orientation with a deep understanding of market dynamics and trends.Comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and industry best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, partner with, and advise leadership teamsStrong problem-solving abilities, a proactive mindsetAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyIntermediate or higher level of EnglishResponsibilitiesPartnering closely with the leadership team (Delivery Directors, Delivery Managers, PMs and Team Leads) to drive organizational successЕnsuring our managers and leads master best practices in people management. Provide HR guidance and consult with managers on people-related mattersProactively identifying of problems and risks in your business unit, collaborate with the management team to find effective solutions and mitigate risksNew leads & managers onboarding, ensuring they are equipped for success in their rolesResolving complex employee relations issues (counteroffers, dismissals, conflicts)Planning the PDP process and feedback sessions in your business unitAnalyzing and evaluating HR metricsManage benefits compensations in your business unitCommunication of new policies and changes within the company, ensuring their implementation in the teamsCollecting training needs (for teams and managers - on an ongoing basis), creating requests for the LnD teamSuccession planningThe role's primary focus is working with managers rather than all employees. Meetings with employees are conducted at their request or the lead's request in critical situations.Work ScheduleFull-time working days, flexible hours, and the full remote are availableInterview stages1.
