- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through our chat box, phone calls, and email.
- Provide detailed information about our bonuses and promotions to our customers
- Guiding customers through the payment and registration procedures.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to match their requirements, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and offerings to effectively address customer queries.
- Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth, new promotions, and improvement of the platform.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for SLA and satisfaction rate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and bonus data.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer support processes and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Experience in customer support or related roles.
- Exceptional command of one of these languages: English (both written and verbal) to communicate effectively with a global audience.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Familiarity with the casino industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various software applications.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a genuine desire to help customers succeed in their journey on our platform.
