We are looking for a proactive part-time Marketing Specialist, who is comfortable working across social media, content creation, and basic design tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and a strong communicator, with a solid understanding of the IT industry and the ability to support both internal and external marketing activities.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the company's social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.);Prepare and distribute a weekly internal digest for employees;Write, edit, and rewrite emails and other text materials upon request from different departments;Design and prepare corporate materials (flyers, covers, etc.);Format presentations, surveys, and documents in line with the company's brand guidelines;Assist in preparing presentations based on management requests;Create email templates;Participate in brainstorming sessions and idea generation with the team;Prepare layouts and organize the production of business cards;Maintain and update the Confluence Marketing space;Process, edit (if needed), and upload photos of new employees to relevant folders.Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in marketing;Understanding of the IT industry;Experience managing social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram);Strong copywriting, editing, and rewriting skills;Basic design skills (Figma, Canva, or similar tools);Experience in preparing presentations and corporate materials;English level - Intermediate;High level of self-organization and responsibility;Proactive and proactive mindset;Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
