/ /14 серпня 2025Lead IT System AdministratorЛьвів, віддаленоThe Lead IT System Administrator at Stepico will be responsible for building, overseeing, and optimizing the company's internal IT and InfoSec operations. This includes infrastructure management, IT support, asset lifecycle management, internal security initiatives, compliance preparation (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2), vendor oversight, and continuous improvement of IT processes. The role requires strong technical depth, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across Art, Development, HR, and Finance departments.Key Responsibilities1. IT Operations & Support
- Lead the internal IT function, managing a team of 4 engineers to ensure stable and secure operation of internal systems.
- Maintain and improve endpoint management, network stability, VPN configurations, file shares, printers, and cloud resources.
- Oversee the internal helpdesk and uphold service metrics such as ticket resolution times and employee satisfaction.
- Supervise asset and inventory management of up to 2,000 IT assets, covering procurement, maintenance, repair, replacement, and decommissioning.
- Coordinate ISO 27001:2022 certification efforts in collaboration with the external security vendor.
- Manage internal audits, risk assessments, and gap analysis.
- Improve security hygiene, including password practices, IAM enforcement, vendor review, and employee awareness initiatives.
- Serve as a contact point for external security and compliance vendors, together with your Head.
- Audit and supervise 3rd-party services registered outside of IT (e.g. SaaS for Art, Marketing, and Dev teams).
- Transition ownership of critical services to IT-controlled accounts and establish billing transparency.
- Conduct ongoing vendor risk assessments.
- Define and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Ensure clear documentation and process transparency for all departments.
- Build and support internal business process automation; define IT SLAs for internal teams.
- Partner with DevOps for IAM, VPN access, and developer toolchain support.
- Support HR, Finance, and Legal departments with secure workflows and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with client-facing teams (e.g., C-level, BPA, marketing) to highlight IT capability as a business advantage.
- Oversee IT-related budget planning, cost tracking, and cost optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with FinOps experts to reduce SaaS and infrastructure costs.
- Generate cost breakdowns and reports to inform procurement and cross-departmental planning.
- Assist Finance in reconciling IT/vendor billing and forecasting spend.
- 7+ years in IT roles, 2+ years in IT leadership or team management.
- Experience supporting IT in software development or creative/technical environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or equivalent security standards.
- In-depth knowledge of networking, cloud/SaaS tools, hardware lifecycle, MDM, SSO, and directory services.
- Experience in designing and maintaining IT policies.
- Proven ability to delegate, document, and drive team performance.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- English level - Upper-intermediate +.
