If you feel you are looking for such a place, welcome!In this role you’ll execute operational support related activities to facilitate a daily smooth operation in go local set up, analyze data and drive process improvement to guarantee departmental/site efficiency and quality targets. You will Interact closely with your peers inside and outside organization and participate in different initiatives and maintain SAP, ELP DHL Express and other systems.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
  • Ensuring end-to-end process in direct deliveries to distributors and Ministry of Health via 3rd parties
  • Working on SAP, reports related to products availability, allocation, dates of manufacture & expiration
  • Import and customs clearance with preference regime
  • Inventory management
  • Cooperating with local service providers – brokers, forwarders, warehousing
  • Master data managing
  • Working on complaints tools
  • Guiding with credit notes issuing
  • Being the first line contact for resolving any issues.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • English and Ukrainian fluency
  • Background in Customer Care, Supply Chain, Logistics
  • Team player
  • Proactiveness and positiveness
  • Fast learner with can-do attitude and willingness to develop further.
