We are looking for a growth-oriented Business Development Manager to cooperate with us on a profit-share basis.This is not a traditional 9-to-5 role, but a high-impact partnership where your compensation is directly linked to the profit generated by the clients you bring in.HQ Location: Kyiv, Ukraine. Office work is not required.Candidate location: no location restrictions.Work format: remote or hybrid.You're a good fit for us if:Hands-on experience in iGaming affiliate sales and business developmentStrong understanding of affiliate marketing models: CPA, RevShare, and HybridExperience in analyzing traffic and key performance metrics (CR, EPC, ROI, LTV)Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and key market playersEstablished industry network and awareness of operators' needsStrong negotiation skills and ability to build long-term partnershipsSales results orientationAdvanced English proficiency for confident communicationAreas of responsibility:Identify, onboard, and develop new operators, affiliate networksManage and scale existing partnersSell SMS solutions with a focus on results, such as delivery, conversion, and ROI.Monitor traffic quality and volumes.Negotiate and agree upon the terms of cooperation.Collaborate with the routing team to ensure route quality and delivery.Analyze campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities for clients.Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports.Will be a plus:Experience in the SMS aggregator segmentUsing SMS in affiliate marketingIf you prefer high commissions and total independence over a base salary, this is for you.
