- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis across leading e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings across internal platforms and partner channels
- Work closely with the design team to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned product images, banners, and A+ content
- Ensure accurate product titles, bullet points, specs, pricing, taxonomy, and SEO-rich descriptions
- Maintain compliance with category-specific guidelines for electronic/MSP products
- Monitor listing performance, identify issues (e.g., suppressed listings, poor visibility), and resolve them
- Coordinate with procurement and brand teams to onboard new products efficiently
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce policies, and algorithm changes
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Magento, etc.)
- Deep understanding of catalog structure, listing best practices, and platform compliance
- Strong knowledge of electronics/IT product specs and positioning
- Basic design sense and experience coordinating with graphic designers for product creatives
- Excellent Excel and data handling skills for bulk uploads
- Strong research and analytical skills to map competitive benchmarks
- Familiarity with GTINs, ASINs, barcoding, inventory mapping, and PIM systems
- Experience in B2B or MSP product listings
- Hands-on knowledge of product data sheets, brand manuals, and warranty documentation
- Understanding of SEO for product listings
