We offer a dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.THE JOURNEY

Recruit and train our Glovers (couriers).
Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies for attracting and retaining Glovers.
Solve problems and provide support to Glovers.
Maintain documentation and contracts for Glovers.
Handle procurement, ensuring all Glovers receive their work kits and are ready to spread the Glovo brand.
Manage planning, general administration, and KPI analysis.
Communicate effectively with the local operations manager regarding processes and customer support operations.

QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

Communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly.
High motivation to work in a fast-growing start-up.
An analytical mindset.
Excel skills.
Enjoy teaching and adapting new employees.

Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.
